Masking Tape

Masking tape is an essential piece of kit in you Powertex craft kit.

Not all masking tape is equal! 

Create with confidence, this is the exact same masking tape used in all of our projects at Tex Towers, the Head Quarters of Powertex UK. 

Please note that masking tape has a shelf life of approximately six months before the effectiveness lessens. 

Masking tape will also be affected by temperature; do not store the roll in hot places, direct sunlight or near radiators (heat will melt the glue on the tape and will lose its stickiness). It can also be affected by extreme cold and will turn the tape to paper on the roll. 

Once you have applied the tape to your project, don't leave it for weeks on end before the next stage or it will start to fall off - if you are a procrastinator, what until you are ready to add Powertex!
