Her diverse career has equipped her with a unique skill set, blending creativity, business acumen and an unwavering passion for supporting others in achieving their goals.
Michèle's Professional Journey
Michèle’s professional journey began as a fully qualified bespoke Saddler, where she honed her skills and developed a deep appreciation for craftmanship and precision.
However, her talents extended far beyond the workshop. She has worked as European Operations Manager partnering with major corporations, based in the Balearic Islands and the French Alps and collaborated with innovative start-ups, industry disruptors, small businesses and entrepreneurial women.
Her career spans the tourism, tech, veterinary, childcare and automotive industries, giving her unparalleled insight into training, education, sales and marketing across diverse sectors.
Starting Out at Powertex UK
In 2017 Michèle joined Powertex UK as Office Manager, drawn by the company’s creative vision and dynamic community.
Under the exceptional mentorship of Tracey Evans, she undertook the Certified Tutor Training courses and discovered the transformative power of Powertex, demonstrating Powertex techniques on Hochanda TV and running regular children’s workshops.
Her connection to Powertex, both as a creative tool and as a way to inspire others, quickly grew into a full-time passion.
Michèle's Vision for Powertex UK
In 2023 Michèle took the helm as Owner and Creative Director of Powertex UK, stepping into the role with a deep respect for the incredible legacy of Tracey Evans. She remains proud to carry forward the company’s mission while introducing her own vision for innovation and growth.
Michèle is honoured to still have access to Tracey’s mentorship and expertise, which continue to be a source of inspiration as she leads Powertex UK into its next chapter.
Michèle has built on her industrial and artistic background to expand Powertex UK’s reach and offerings. She runs her own creative workshops both in-person and online and launched the Powertex Stars membership—a thriving monthly subscription program designed to engage, educate, and inspire crafters at all levels.
Her empathetic approach to the crafting journey, whether as a hobby or a business, has made her a trusted leader within the creative industry.
Under her direction, Powertex UK has grown into a vibrant hub for creativity, education and global community. Michèle’s ability to connect with creatives, paired with her forward-thinking leadership and business expertise, ensures that Powertex UK remains a trusted and innovative brand.
