Goblin Grass

Goblin Grass is a natural product (lichen) that has been air-dried and treated so it is suitable for use in arts and crafts and will not rot or decay. Goblin Grass is not alive and therefore does not require any watering or ongoing care but it can be used to replicate 'living' art very successfully!

You can attach the Goblin Grass to your mixed media art work and sculptures using Powertex. Fix the Goblin Grass into place by using Powertex Transparent as a glue on small areas to maintain the springy texture and invite a sensory experience within your work. 

Care should be taken if you soak your Goblin Grass in Powertex - do not overload or you risk crystalising your Goblin Grass and making it fragile. 

Resistant to frost and chemicals, Goblin Grass will not break down in water although it can be delicate so is better suited to indoor projects or outdoor spaces that are not overly exposed and protected from the wind.
