Please read this with care. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below.
These terms and conditions were most recently updated on 1st April 2025 and apply to all sales and purchases. Powertex UK Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them. This web site is operated by Creative Powertex UK Ltd whose registered office is situated at Ipsley View, Clarkes green, Studley, B80 7AL.registered number 14664919 (England and Wales).
How to Order
Orders can be placed online on our website or alternatively by phone, email or post. Please quote your customer reference number or your full trading name and address when placing an order.
All prices shown on the Powertex UK website include VAT. Both ex VAT and inc VAT prices are shown at checkout and will be added to invoices where applicable.
Payment Terms
You may also pay directly through bank transfer. Our bank details are indicated on your invoice, please use your order number as the reference. Orders will be dispatched upon payment receipt.
We are not offering credit terms. All orders must be paid in full before goods will be dispatched.
We understand and may exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms above.
Title Claim
Goods remain the property of Creative Powertex UK Ltd until invoice is settled in full.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after order agreement. Delivery within the mainland UK is by courier and is guaranteed next day (remote areas and Ireland costs and times may vary)
Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you for the cost of delivery and re-delivery.
Carriage is charged according to weight.
For orders outside of the UK, Scottish Highlands,Islands and Northern Ireland carriage will be charged at cost.
Customs charges may be payable locally on orders sent outside of the UK.
We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
Damaged or Missing Goods & Returns
In the event of Powertex UK supplying your order incorrectly, please contact us immediately using any of the contact methods listed on the Powertex UK website.
DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE
Damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
Any faulty item will be replaced, or refunded (at our discretion).
Goods returned for any other reason will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
No goods may be returned without prior consent.
You have the right to cancel any contract that you have entered into with us for up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. All items can be returned in an unopened, unused condition, at your cost within this period, subject to our handling fee. If you have any comments or complaints about our service including

Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you will be limited to the price of the goods contained in that order.
Subscriptions
Refunds can not be issued for any active subscription or subscription period.
Where there has been a specific issue with damaged items in a box or with non-delivery, refund requests may be considered.
Availability
We endeavour to have the items you want available for delivery as soon as you order them. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. We do not operate a back order system.
Whilst we endeavour to verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website, we advise you to check the label or product packaging, prior to use.
Pricing
The prices quoted are correct at time of display on Powertex UK website. Powertex UK reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event that a Powertex UK Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Powertex UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Powertex UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Powertex UK shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Secret Colour Club – Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to the Secret Colour Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All materials supplied, including but not limited to colour cards, worksheets, video demonstrations, and lessons, are protected by UK and international copyright laws. Nothing may be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without prior written consent. This subscription is for personal use only.
2. Subscription Options & Payments
We offer several subscription plans to suit your needs. Payments are taken automatically on the same date each month or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
UK Subscription Options
- Monthly Subscription (UK): £14.99 per month – Payment taken automatically on the same day every month.
- Annual Subscription (UK): £149 per year – One-off payment (includes 2 months free).
International Subscription Options
- Monthly Subscription (International): £25.00 per month – Payment taken automatically on the same day every month.
Digital-Only Subscription Options (no physical pigment included)
- Monthly Digital-Only Subscription: £9.99 per month – Payment taken automatically on the same day every month.
- Annual Digital-Only Subscription: £99 per year – One-off payment (includes 2 months free).
All payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Shipping & Packaging
- Boxes are dispatched on the 1st of every month, regardless of when you subscribe.
- To keep costs low and reduce waste, pigments are delivered in recyclable packaging—pots are NOT included but can be purchased separately.
- Pigment pots are not letterbox-friendly and must be purchased separately if required.
- International subscribers must select the international option to cover the additional postage costs.
4. Digital Membership
- The digital-only subscription includes the colour card, lesson, worksheet, and video demonstration but does not include the physical pigment.
- Digital content is provided via email or an online access link.
5. Membership Access & Content Availability
- There is no permanent hosting site or online community for this membership. This allows us to keep costs low while providing high-quality content at the best possible price.
- There is no library of past content—members are responsible for keeping track of their monthly lessons and downloads.
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
- If you cancel after your payment has been taken for the month, you will still receive that month’s box or digital content.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once paid but will remain active until the end of the 12-month period.
7. Responsibility & Liability
- Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring payment details are up to date.
- The Secret Colour Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels due to postal service issues but will assist where possible.
