Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment.
We ship every day, Monday to Friday. Orders received before midday will be shipped next working day - our aim is to get the parcel to you as quickly as possible!
If you use our FREE DELIVERY promo code we will send your goods by the cheapest option available to us.
We do not guarantee next day delivery on any orders
Shipping fees include any handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We use Royal Mail Tracked to send small parcels and a courier for heavier (over 10kg) parcels.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel does not arrive, we are limited by the Royal Mail terms of service that means we are unable to claim a parcel is missing until their delivery target (2-3 working days) plus 10 working days has passed. If your parcel does not arrive by this date, we will resend your parcel.
International Shipping (outside of UK)

We ship every day, Monday - Friday, using Royal Mail International Tracked.
YOU are responsible for ensuring the items you order from this site are permissible to enter your country via customs.
YOU are responsible for any additional costs incurred such as local customs or taxes when the items arrive in your country.
We do not refund VAT or taxes for purchases outside the UK.
Shipping cost varies according to weight, we recommend keeping your parcel below 2kg, over 2kg incurs much higher postage costs.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel does not arrive, we are limited by the Royal Mail terms of service that means we are unable to claim a parcel is missing until their delivery target (varies depending on destination) plus 10 working days has passed. If your parcel has gone missing in the Royal Mail system after this date, we will resend your parcel. If Royal Mail is showing your parcel has reached the destination country, it is likely your parcel has been held at customs import and we will not resend or refund your parcel. PLEASE check you are allowed to receive the goods before ordering from us.
