Bister Collection

Powertex Bister is an organic, water-based walnut ink and comes in seven different earthy shades in both a dry, granular format or ready-mixed spray.

It can be dissolved in warm water and sprayed or painted over artworks or sculptures to give interesting tinted patinas.

By using Bister on top of almost dry Powertex the heated with a hair dryer, surfaces can be cracked. Bister is not waterproof so always varnish with Easy Varnish.
